Bohme Group(“we”, “us”, “our”) provides premium cleaning and property services across London & the Home Counties. We are the “data controller” responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

When you submit a quote request, contact us, or engage our services, we collect the information you provide, including:

• Your name;
• Your contact details (phone number and email address);
• The property address the work relates to, and access details you choose to share;
• Any notes or additional information you include about the job (for example, the size of the property or specific requirements).

We do not ask for special category data, and we ask that you do not include any in your notes.

We use your personal data to:

• Respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote — lawful basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract and our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries;
• Deliver the services you book and manage our relationship with you — lawful basis: performance of a contract;
• Keep records required for legal, accounting or tax purposes — lawful basis: compliance with a legal obligation.

We will only use your details to market additional services where we have an appropriate lawful basis to do so, and you can opt out at any time.

We share your data with trusted service providers who help us operate, who act as our processors and only use the data on our instructions:

• Jobber — our operational/CRM and job-management tool, used to schedule and deliver work;
• Our email provider — used to deliver and store quote-request notifications;
• Our website host — which processes requests to this site.

Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your personal data.

We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purposes above. Quote requests that do not lead to work are kept for a limited period and then deleted; customer records are kept for the duration of our relationship and for any period afterwards required for legal, accounting or tax purposes. Specific retention periods are to be confirmed.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
• ask us to delete your data (“right to erasure”);
• restrict or object to how we use your data;
• request portability of data you provided to us.
